MRO Oxygen Capabilities

We are an Aeronautical Maintenance Center (MRO) specialized in Inspection, Repair, Overhaul and Modification services for components of gaseous oxygen systems, LOX, Obogs of civil and defense aircraft in:

F1, Cheethat, Mirage, KFIR. F-16, A-29, F-5, C-130, A37, Beechcraft

 

Mainly in:

PEC Assembly, Detecteur de Debit, Flow Sensor, Oxygen Regulator, Demand, Pilot Equipment Connector Housing, Ulmer, Upper PEC Hose, Coupling Seat, Pilot Junction Central Seat, Oxygen bottle and regulator and Anti–G Valve, Oxygen Regulator 404-413M2/M3, Manual Command, Racord Ejectable, Reducing Valve, Oxygen Bottle.

 

G-Compensated Diluter-Demand Oxygen Regulator aircraft and others, for which we have technical publications and high-level certified mechanics.

Aeromac's oxygen regulator department has 500 square meters of laboratories equipped with test benches for A-29 Super Tucano and F-16 aircraft, making us the only maintenance center in the world certified by EATHON USA.

 

In addition, our Oxygen Laboratory has an Intertechnique France Type 19-2 test bench for F-1, Mirage, KFIR, and Cheetah series aircraft.

 

We offer technical publications and all kinds of cutting-edge setups, special tools, pre-calibration setups, certified technicians for a wide range of civil and defense aircraft parts, and overhaul kits specifically for the F-16 and A-29 Super Tucano.

 

Aeromac has a Portable Field Oxygen Tester for inspections and functional testing of the F-16 and A-29 Super Tucano oxygen regulator aircraft.
